SBI (State Bank of India) send message to their user to take care of using SBI ATM. Precautions to be taken while transacting at ATM or SWAYAM AMID Corona Virus. Also, the SBI (State Bank of India) said to the customer, “Use SBI’s digital platforms for non-cash related transactions like YONO app or INB.” There are various types of precautions SBI (State Bank of India) sends their customers through email, SMS, etc.

Precautions to be taken
Sanitize your hands before and after transacting on ATM / SWAYAM kiosk.
Minimize your hand touch areas in the ATM lobby.
Avoid coming to the ATM / SWAYAM kiosk if you are having flu symptoms.
Cover your mouth and nose with tissue or sleeve or elbow when coughing or sneezing inside the ATM lobby.
Avoid entering the ATM room if someone is transacting on ATM / SWAYAM kiosk.
Avoid the disposal of tissues/ single-use masks inside the ATM lobby.
Use SBI’s digital platforms like YONO, INB for non-cash related transactions.
Very important note
State Bank of India or any other bank will not ask their customers for OTP (One Time Password), ATM card PIN, Online Banking Password, and Bank accounts details, so be care full. These days this type of cybercrime happens. Do not share Bank accounts related details to the unknown person.
